Consistency is how this Non-Profit makes a lasting impact on the community

“Since 2013, consistency is the bedrock of Training and Motivation Center’s approach to the work we do and has been what has driven us to become a household name,” says President Torrence Conaway.

TMC reports that their goal is to remain vigilant in how they perform and never sacrifice their work and/or abandon their mission. TMC indicated that on occasion, opportunities were forfeited because they were not aligned with their vision for the community. Torrence stated that “Though we operate on a platform of change, innovation and creativity; we owe it to ourselves and our participants to deliver value every chance we get.”

TMC commented on their unique ability to have an idea and see it through, entirely. “Not everything is as successful as we intend it to be but none-the-less it is a success.”

Torrence further stated that “We are very mindful of being grounded and consistent in our approach and do our best to maintain that same level of authority in the work we do every day.”
