Why these cousins created a community brand

As we assessed the different available opportunities to make an impact in the community, we didn’t quite find one that resonated with us.

We wanted to make a difference but also wanted to help others like us, make a difference with limited resources. Training and Motivation Center was established in 2013. Though our mission focuses on boys and young men 8th to 12th grade, we are creative in our approach and strategy.

We decided to create a nonprofit were everyday people could pursue their unique philanthropic goals without being restrictive or limiting.

With this approach, TMC has worked with both individuals, businesses, non-profit and government organizations to produce quality community outcomes.
